Infusino`s Pizzeria in Racine

Great piazza and great service. My only complaint; I ordered from the menu loaded onto Google maps. Apparently it's not accurate fir this location. They allowed me to still order my pizza selection but, when I arrived to pick it up they didn't know how to charge me.

Haven't had a pizza in Racine that even comes close. The pepperoni and sausage that they use is so tasty. Crust is perfect. I order a side of Alfredo sauce to dip because their Alfredo is the best in town as well. I don't bother going anywhere else for pizza anymore. If it's not going to be from here, well, I guess I'm not paying for it either. Lol

With this pandemic going on I would think all employee's should be mandated to wear masks and gloves. I went into the restaurant to pick up my pizza I ordered not one employee was wearing a mask. The employee making the pizza did not even have gloves on. The employee was putting sausage on the pizza with bare hands NASTY!!!! I will be calling the Health Department!!!

Great tasting pizza. The orders are taken and the wait times are very short. Make sure you call ahead and place orders early on the weekends. This location can get busy at times.

I've been eating here since I grew up in Kenosha, I love they don't change the lasagna recipe or any they're all homemade a genuine Italian food and me and my kids love them I love sharing the stories that I had with their grandpa who's recently passed at this place. My son just graduated high school he's driving now on his way to college, I used to work here they were nice enough to let me have his first birthday party here for free I just had to buy the food and now look at him they're wonderful family real close-knit. As a work employee there they really looked out for me and ways they did not have to.

The deep dish is one of my top 3 pizzas ever. Very good every time. They have good prices as well.

Every time I come to Racine to get pizza at Infusino's,I am never disappointed!

Always, I get excellent pizza or other entrees such as chicken strips, and fast, friendly service. This time, I got the large virgin crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, and onions. It takes about 25 min. from time of order until this pizza is done. It was delicious. They have a large screen TV you can watch while you wait, and have a cooler full of bottled sodas, as well.

The person, which I believe was the manger, was very, very rude. I order a medium hand tossed pizza with extra sausage on the all and half with other vegetables. When I got it home there was almost NO sausage on it. I called them to explain the situation and in return the person on the phone said and laughed at me as it was my fault. And in response to my call, he hung up on me in the middle of my explaining where THEY went wrong. Totally unprofessional. Totally unexpectedly under the circumstances we/everyone is going through. People keep telling us we need to help and keep supporting our local businesses. But in return we get this type of gratitude. As far as I'm concerned, they can fight for themselves. Totally rude. Totally disrespectful. This place gets a -4 on the rating aspect of my MAJOR complaint.

Pizza was delicious! Love the thin crispy crust! I ordered 2 - 20 inch pizzas for a Girl Scout event. Everyone loved it! Super friendly service! Definitely will return!!

Large delicious pizza which is perfect for a large family or party.

Decided to give them a try, bad decision. We just picked up a take out pizza. Half the crust was burnt, the other half was tough as leather. We asked for double cheese, a good portion of the pizza hardly had any cheese! But it had lots of onions, I mean lot's of onions.. not much of any of the other toppings we paid for. It went in the garbage after the first piece. This is the second worst pizza we've ever had, Sir Pizza in La Vergne, TN was the worst.

A pure staple of West Racine. Always fast and efficient service, and at only a few blocks away, I like to walk over and get an nice hot fresh Infusino's pizza to walk home and watch the game with.

They have changed. Used the delivery service for Spaghetti and meatball , there was no meatballs and the sauce was watered down. Yesterday picked up a pizza the sauce was watered down so much. I went to piggly wiggly and bought some pizza sauce and that made it better. But they have gone down so much.

Great customer service here and very friendly. The food is exquisite and is prepared in a timely fashion. Located on Washington Avenue in the area of all the stores the great place to stop during the day when you're doing your shopping and enjoying the sights of West Racine near Historic Mound Cemetery.

Big delicious and cheap. I love their crust. Never disappoints.

Pizza is really good, but the staff is incredibly rude. They pick up the phone like "yeah..." had to ask if it was the right place. Made me feel like I was bothering them with my order. Probably won't be going back just because of this.

Very good food for just about anyone. I really want to give this place a 4 🌟 rating but the only reason I don't is because derangos is a block away and my opinion they have Better pizza. But you might think otherwise.

Best virgin crust pizza in town. That's all I can say about the pizza. The staff, well...if you have been coming here as long as I have then you know how it is. Depending on the time of the year is what your service is going to be. Usually super busy during the football season. Otherwise, semi busy during the afternoons. Always call ahead!! Never walk in and order! Just an FYI.

A great place for genuine Italian thin crust pizza. There are 3-4 places in Racine that are family run with recipes passed down through generations, this is one of the best. This location is best for take-out with a small seating area. I can't tell you about delivery but believe you'll be satisfied with the pizza.

worst pan pizza ever! I ordered a large chesse, sausage, and onion pizza and asked for extra cheese...there was no extra cheese...the quality of the food has gone down as well as thier customer service...definitely wont be going back

The pizza here has always been quite good. When I lived on the west side of Racine this place was a staple. Their sheet sized pizza is a great deal that can feed large parties comfortably.

pizza sausage good, crust crispy and thin. unique self serve set ups customer service great. Downside-only 1 and 2 liter bottles of soda, no water or sugar free options.

Hands down the worst Italian food I've ever had. I ordered the lasagna and the gnocci. Both tasted like frozen garbage. Nothing was homemade. Then to add insult to injury, I opened up the side salads just to find lettuce in the containers. Nothing else! I should have known when I walked in the door and read on the menu that the Italian sub was on French bread. An absolute insult to Italian food. I don't usually waste my time to post bad reviews, but this place was exceptional.

As a lifelong racine resident Infusino's pan pizza was a high standard set. Even as I grew up and found one across town and even kenosha I always found it good to great. Now in a quarantine setting I go to Washington ave. And I get a pan pizza that's barely a pan pizza. It's almost a hand tossed and so hard a crust its practically teeth breaking. A sad day when a Little Ceasers 5 dollar hot n ready is head and shoulders better than an infusino's pan pizza.makes me sad that the glory days are gone for this place. I won't go back without an overhaul.
